Onea Go is a digital agency based at Str. Al. I. Cuza 58, Bacău, Romania. We offer website development, mobile applications, SEO, digital marketing, and branding services.

Services include, but are not limited to:

Website creation and redesign
Mobile app development (iOS and Android)
SEO optimization
Google Business Profile setup
Social media ads management
Photo and video production
Logo and branding design
Professional email setup

4. Work Process

Free consultation — we discuss your project needs
Custom quote — you receive a detailed proposal with pricing
Agreement and payment — 50% deposit upon contract signing
Execution — development with regular updates
Delivery and revisions — 2 revision rounds included
Final payment — remaining 50% upon delivery

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on complexity
Custom quotes are valid for 30 days
Payment is made via bank transfer or card
Invoices are issued in compliance with Romanian law

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to the delivered products. Source code and design files become the client's property. Onea Go reserves the right to include the project in our portfolio, unless otherwise requested.

7. Liability

Onea Go makes reasonable efforts to ensure service quality
We do not guarantee specific Google ranking positions
SEO and marketing results depend on many external factors
The client is responsible for the content provided

8. Cancellation and Refunds

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun
Cancellation must be made in writing to contact@oneago.ro
Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced

9. Warranty

We offer a 30-day post-launch bugfix warranty for websites and applications. Design changes or new functionality are billed separately.

10. Free Tools

Free tools (WHOIS, Meta Tag Checker) are provided "as is", without warranty. We are not responsible for the accuracy of results.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Bacău, Romania.
